Pompano Joe's - The travel channel featured Pompano Joe's as the ultimate beach snack shack and one of the best beach restaurants! If your in Destin, Pompano Joe's Seafood House is a destination you must visit.   Known for its fresh affordable Gulf seafood prepared with a Caribbean flavor, Pompano Joe's is not your typical seafood restaurant.  We're a neighborhood beach place where you can "savor the flavor" of the Islands!  Pompano Joe's takes tremendous pride in serving Gulf seafood to its guests.  If it lives in the Gulf, you will most likely find it on our menu.  Our seafood is delivered daily and it is handled with great care from the minute it arrives at our door to the time it arrives at your table.  Our standards are high and it shows in the presentation and flavor of every seafood dish we serve.  Pompano Joe's Seafood House is famous for several things, but most locals would say we're famous for our Seafood Gumbo.  Our gumbo is second to none and has won numerous Gumbo contests, including being a 3-time winner of the Sandestin Gumbo Festival.  

Kenny D'S New Orleans Cuisine - The best cajun style food this side of Nawlens! Kenny is a native of New Orleans and knows just the right spices to add to make you say AAEEEYYYYY! We have award winning Gumbo and excellent etouffe' plus lots more to offer everyone's discriminating tastes.  Ya'll come on over and pass a good time!  KennyD and his wife, Leta, owned and operated a bar in New Orleans since 1997 called KennyD's Corner Pub, and just sold it after Mardi Gras 2012. Ms. Gracie recently won the Sandestin Gumbo Cookoff Critic's Choice award for her awesome Gumbo. Ms. Gracie has been cooking "a long time" and she will tell you her secret ingredient is always LOVE!  It just doesn't get any better than that.  Ms. Gracie and Kenny have done two television cooking shows for the Okaloosa Gas Company called "On the Menu" where they "reluctantly" gave out "most of the secrets" to Ms. Gracie's cajun fried Turkey and all the trimmings and her Shrimp Etouffe'.  Don't expect to get those recipes again though - she'll lie to you!

The Destin ER represents Fort Walton Beach Medical Center's commitment to providing the highest quality healthcare services to communities throughout the region.  Destin residents receive the same high-quality emergency care they would find at any hospital emergency room, without traveling outside the community.
